Role : Direct Support Professional
Multiple Locations : Norwood and Canton
Payrate : $19 and up (based on education and experience)
Schedule : Part time create your own dayshift hours - potential for full time buildable caseload!
Bonus : $250 after 30 day probationary period
Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is hiring Direct Support staff in the areas of Norwood and Canton MA! This role begins on a part time basis and can move to full time caseload depending on your availability and preferred travel distance -apply today to learn more!

Our team partners with family members and existing providers to create and achieve individualized goals that improve overall independence at home and in the community.
Essential Duties :
- You’ll support individuals in learning, maintaining, and improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence!
- You’ll implement support strategies to achieve the individual’s personalized goals!
- You’ll submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals!
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree OR at least 2 years comparable, community-based, life or work experience providing services to adults with disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and existing insurance.
- Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement!
- Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
- Must have flexible availability.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills!
